Frank Feng
Frank Feng, Bachelor of Geological Engineering (China University of Geoscience), Master of Geotechnical Engineering (Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and Delft-IHE University of Technology, Netherland), P. Eng. (Ontario). Frank has been working as Geotechnical engineer on geotechnical investigation and study for highway, railway, tunnels, and deep foundation construction projects for more than 25 years. Frank has worked with EXP Services (Trow Associates Inc.) as a geotechnical engineer; geotechnical department manager for Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension (TYSSE) for General Contractor; Team Leader for World Bank Founded project and currently is the president of Frontop Engineering Ltd. Frank was recently awarded with Most Innovative Award by the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs (ACCE).
冯建德（Frank Feng），地质工程学士（中国地质大学），岩土工程硕士（亚洲理工学院和荷兰Delft-IHE理工大学），安省专业工程师。冯先生在高速公路，铁路，隧道，深竖井， 深基桩项目方面的岩土调查，设计，施工，监理以及施工说明书的制定方面有超过二十五年的丰富经验。曾担任EXP Services (Trow Associates Inc) 的岩土工程师, Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension (TYSSE)项目施工方岩土工程部经理和世界银行项目总监。现为Frontop Engineering Limited 总裁。2018年荣获加拿大杰出华裔创业家及杰出企业最佳创意大奖。
Wayne Song
Wayne Song, Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Taiyuan University of Technology), MBA (York University), P. Eng. (Ontario), passed PMP Exam. He worked on infrastructure projects financed by the World Bank and the ADB in China. He was a project manager with Lafage Canada Inc. and City of Hamilton. Currently, he is a Capital Project Manager with City of Mississauga,
responsible for several municipality projects under Public Transit Infrastructure Fund (PTIF) Program and Clean Water and Wastewater Fund (CWWF) Program.
宋炜（Wayne Song）, 土木工程学士（太原理工大学），工商管理硕士（加拿大约克大学），安省注册专业工程师，通过美国项目管理协会PMP考试。 宋先生在中国参与过多个世界银行与亚洲开发银行贷款的基础设施项目建设。他曾在Lafarge Canada Inc.和City of Hamilton任项目经理。目前是City of Mississauga资本项目经理，负责公共交通基础设施建设基金和饮用水与污水设施基金下的多个市政项目。
Damon Liu
Damon Liu, Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Chongqing Jiaotong University), Master of Civil Engineering (Concordia University), P.Eng. (Ontario), PMP. Damon has worked in Planning of Highway Construction and Hydro-electrical Infrastructure Construction Projects, and has accumulated extensive experience on Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering Development for more than three decades. Damon has recently led the team accomplished third-party estimating for Keeyask Hydro-electrical Dam Construction ($1.3 Billion) and Structural Bundle for BC Hydro Site C Hydro-electrical Dam Direct Cost ($750 Million). Damon is currently the Chief Estimator and Quality Manager of Chant Group Ltd., leading in bidding, estimating, estimating Consulting and ISO 2015 Management.
刘忠（Damon Liu），土木工程学学士（重庆交通大学），土木工程管理学硕士（加拿大康考迪亚大学），安省专业工程师，美国项目管理认证。刘先生曾参与多个大型高速公路和水电设施基建项目规划工作，在可行性研究和前端工程开发方面积累了超过三旬的工作经验。刘先生近期带领团队完成了Keeyask水电站土建标的独立预算工作（总价13亿加币），以及BC Hydro Site C水电站土建标的直接费用预算工作（总价7.5亿加币）。刘先生现任Chant Group Ltd预算部门主管，质量经理，主管公司的投标方案，预算和预算咨询工作以及公司ISO 2015管理。
Mike Du
Mike Du, Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Wuhan University), Master of Civil Engineering (Asian Institute of Technology), P.Eng. (Ontario). Mike has over 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering Projects that include municipal services, utilities relocation, stormewater management studies, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, urban land development, transportation design, roadwork and water resources engineering. Mike's experience in the field of municipal engineering includes feasibility and preliminary engineering studies, environmental assessment, network analysis of open channel systems, hydraulic capacity analysis of sanitary and storm sewer systems, sanitary flow projections, etc. Mike is currently working in LEA Consulting Ltd. as Senior Municipal Engineer/Project Manager.
杜章军 (Mike Du)，土木工程学学士（武汉大学），土木工程学硕士（亚洲理工学院），安省注册专业工程师，本科毕业于武汉大学水资源管理专业，硕士毕业于亚洲理工学院。杜先生在市政工程，管线移位，洪水治理研究，水力学与液压分析，城市土地开发，交通规划设计，道路工程与水资源工程方面有超过二十年的从业经验。其中在市政工程方面的经验包括工程可行性与前期研究，环评，明渠疏水系统线路分析，排洪管线的液压承载力分析，下水流动预测等等。杜先生目前就职于LEA Consulting Ltd，任高级市政工程师，以及项目经理。
Margaret Ma
Haixue Liao
Margaret Ma, Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Taiyuan University of Technology), Gold Seal Certificate Estimator. She hold Chinese Consultant Engineer's licence, worked as an inspection Engineer at a consulting firm. as well as a teacher at Datong Coal Mining college (Currently Datong University). She worked as an estimator for over 14 years at Kenaidian Contracting, Niran Construction, currently working for Aecon infrastructure as an estimator. Estimated and assisted the procurement team for Hwy 410, Hwy 407, Bermuda Airport redevelopment projects.
马晓红（Margaret Ma）土木工程学士（太原理工大学），Gold Seal Certificate 预算师。她拥有中国监理工程师执照，曾在一家工程监理公司工作。她还曾于大同煤炭工业学校(现大同大学)任建筑专业教师。来加拿大发展之后在Kanaidan Contracting, Niran Construction和 Aecon Infrastructure负责预算工作，拥有超过十四年的本地工作经验。Margaret参与的项目涉及道路（Hwy 410, Hwy 407），桥梁，小区，机场（百慕大机场扩建项目）等。
Haixue Liao, Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Suzhou Science Technology University), Master of Civil Engineering (University of Southern Queensland), P.E. (New York), P.Eng. (Ontario), Cathodic Protection (CP) Specialist. He is a qualified presenter for American National Council of Structural Engineers Associations, certified continuing education program, “Evaluation, Repair, Protection and Strengthening of Existing Concrete Structures”.
He is a NACE certified cathodic protection specialist, with extensive experience in reinforced concrete corrosion evaluation, mitigation and protection. He has more than 20 years experience in post-tensioning installation, evaluation and rehabilitation. He is a committee member of Post-Tensioning Institute CRT60, DC55 and DC80.
廖海学，土木工程学士（苏州城建环保学院），工商管理硕士（澳洲南昆士兰大学），注册专业工程师（纽约），注册专业工程师（安省），防腐工程师。他是美国国家结构工程师协会认证讲师，主讲经协会认证的继续教育课程，“既有混凝土结构的评估，维护，保护与加固“。
廖海学是NACE认证的阴极保护防腐工程师，在钢筋混凝土结构的锈蚀评估，处理与保护方面有丰富的工作经验。此外他在预应力安装，评估与维护方面有超过二十年的工作经验。他是PTI后张预应力协会CRT60，DC55，DC80委员会委员。
Fang Li
Fang Li, Master of Civil Engineering (Zhengzhou University), Master of Building Engineering (Concordia University), P.Eng. (Ontario), PMP. She was a lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University and has 15 years of experience in Public Sector in land use planning and development , feasibility studies and site due diligence investigations, planning and delivery of capital projects in Canada. Currently she is a Senior Project Manager with the Regional Municipality of York, Property Services, responsible for Region wide capital projects.
李芳，土木工程硕士（郑州大学）（康考迪亚大学），注册专业工程师（安大略省），通过美国项目管理协会PMP考试。李芳曾任职郑州大学讲师，在加拿大拥有十五年有关公共项目的土地规划与开发，可行性研究，现场尽调，资本项目规划与移交方面的经验。李芳现任约克区不动产高级项目经理人，负责约克区的资本项目。
